Water Restoration in Mercer Island, Bellevue & Seattle

Flooding, leaks from the roof, or burst pipes all threaten the structural integrity of your home, so it’s important to take care of the problem quickly and prevent further damage.

Our water mitigation services consist of first addressing the emergency at hand by stabilizing the situation. After extracting excess standing water and removing salvageable items, we make an estimate for water damage reconstruction, such as removing mold, rebuilding damaged areas, and so forth.

Our restoration process is not only effective in treating the problem but can also be done quickly and efficiently. We’ll clean the area thoroughly, cover any areas damaged by water, then apply new paint to make the area more aesthetically pleasing. Our job isn’t finished until you’re satisfied with the finished result.

We are also experienced in removing mold from your home. Mold can contribute to poor breathing, digestive issues, cancers, and more. One small spot in your home can eventually lead to a serious health hazard; therefore, it's crucial to have a company remove it for you. Not only can mold be a health risk, but failure to remove it can make the process more costly down the line. Mold grows very quickly, so if you spot any water damage, be sure to contact a company with plenty of water damage restoration experience.

Before we arrive, there are a few tips for you to consider that can help with the restoration process. First, disconnect any electronics in or near the area. While the water damage may be small, it takes very little for a problem with electronics to occur. Then, check if any mold is present, and let us know immediately if you spot any. If you have any fans available, you may be able to dry out some of the areas on your own. Of course, if this isn’t possible, we’ll help you extract the water. Remove any belongings in the area, and if you can disinfect any nearby areas, do so. This will help us navigate the area more easily, as well as keep everyone involved safe.
